<div><strong>Bookkeeper&nbsp;<br></strong><br></div><div>We are seeking an experienced bookkeeper to provide cross-entity financial support for a high net worth individual with multiple LLCs. This is a fully remote, part-time role, approximately 10 hours per week to start, with potential to grow as needs evolve.<br><br></div><div><strong><br>Responsibilities<br></strong><br></div><ul><li>Maintain accurate books and records across multiple LLCs.&nbsp;</li><li>Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries for each entity.</li><li>Reconcile bank and credit card accounts on a monthly basis.&nbsp;</li><li>Liaise with CEO’s Executive Assistant to process and record invoices, track vendor payments, and expense reports across entities.&nbsp;</li><li>Prepare monthly and quarterly financial statements in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).&nbsp;</li><li>Ensure proper intercompany accounting and eliminate intercompany transactions where applicable.&nbsp;</li><li>Categorize and maintain transactions in QuickBooks, with separate company files or classes per entity as needed.&nbsp;</li><li>Coordinate with external CPAs and tax advisors for quarterly estimates, K-1 preparation, W9s to contractors, and other year-end filings.&nbsp;</li><li>Maintain organized digital records and support audit readiness.&nbsp;</li><li>Track personal and entity-level expenses to support tax planning and deduction optimization.</li><li>Liaise with Legal Advisor, as needed, for LLC Q&amp;A<br><br></li></ul><div><strong><br>Requirements<br></strong><br></div><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Accounting and/or Finance</li><li>At least 5 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience, preferably supporting a high net worth individuals, multi-entity structures, or a start up founder</li><li>Proficiency in QuickBooks (Online or Desktop)</li><li>Strong working knowledge of GAAP.&nbsp;</li><li>Familiarity with LLC structures.</li><li>Experience with payroll processing and tax compliance.&nbsp;</li><li>Exceptional attention to detail, discretion, and confidentiality.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment, prioritize across entities, and meet deadlines.&nbsp;</li><li>Proficient in Google Workspace and willinging to learn emerging AI technologies to optimize backoffice and accounting &amp; finance support</li><li>Reliable internet connection and a secure home office setup.</li><li>Based in the United States<br><br></li></ul><div><strong><br>Nice to Have<br></strong>Experience in a family office, private wealth, start ups, or personal business management firm. Knowledge of QuickBooks integrations such as bill pay platforms, document management tools, or reporting dashboards.<br><br></div><div><strong><br>Details</strong></div><div>This is a fully remote, part-time Contractor role starting at approximately 10 hours per week, starting ASAP, with flexibility in scheduling.
