Sales Development Representative Wanted for Shiloh's Growing Mission to Reform Tech in Jesus' Name

About the Role:
As a Sales Development Representative at Shiloh, you'll drive revenue growth through targeted lead generation, strategic outreach, new business and pipeline development. Your mission will be to connect with new businesses and consumers at scale through cold outreach, and have them book an appointment or sign up for one of our many service offerings in webhosting, IT, or customized tech. After closing deals, our Customer Success Managers (CSMs) will handle ongoing customer relationships.

Commission Structure:
  • 10% of monthly sales revenue generated
  • Accelerators for exceeding sales targets
  • Performance-Based Incentives:
    • Monthly/Quarterly Bonuses
  • Total Compensation: negotiable base salary + 10% commission + bonus
