Job Title: Go-To-Market (GTM) Manager

Job Summary: Soteria Media is looking for a skilled and highly organized Go-To-Market (GTM) Manager to manage the service delivery for our B2B lead generation clients. The GTM Manager will be responsible for executing and overseeing the successful implementation of go-to-market strategies, ensuring that Soteria Media's clients experience high-quality, tailored service delivery aligned with their specific needs. This role requires a strategic thinker who can collaborate with clients and internal teams to drive client satisfaction, lead generation success, and overall service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Onboarding & Strategy Development: Lead the onboarding process for new clients, working closely with them to understand their business goals, target audience, and lead generation needs. Develop customized GTM strategies that align with their objectives.
Service Delivery Management: Oversee the end-to-end service delivery process for client campaigns, ensuring that all initiatives are executed on time, within scope, and with the highest quality standards.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams, including product, marketing, and sales, to ensure that client campaigns are supported by relevant tools, resources, and messaging. Ensure all teams are aligned on client objectives and timelines.
Campaign Execution & Optimization: Manage the execution of lead generation campaigns, including AI-driven outreach, data enrichment, and segmentation strategies. Continuously monitor performance and optimize campaigns to ensure maximum effectiveness.
Client Communication & Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates, insights, and reports on campaign performance. Build strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, ensuring they are satisfied with the results.
Reporting & Analysis: Regularly analyze campaign results and provide actionable insights to clients. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as lead quality, conversion rates, and pipeline growth, and deliver detailed reports to clients.
Continuous Improvement: Collect feedback from clients and internal teams to continuously improve service delivery processes, tools, and strategies. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure Soteria Media remains at the forefront of lead generation services.
Qualifications:
- 1+ year of experience in client service, project management, or service delivery roles, preferably in lead generation, marketing, or SaaS.
- Strong understanding of B2B lead generation strategies, including AI-driven tools and data enrichment, like Clay.com and Smartlead.ai.
- Proven experience managing client relationships and delivering high-quality service.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to manage client expectations and communicate complex ideas clearly.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
Skills and Abilities:
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and product teams.
- Client-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service and results.
- Proficiency in CRM, marketing automation platforms, and analytics tools, like Airtable.
